All across the business, automating processes around incoming orders, dealing with suppliers, handling transactions, scanning paperwork, shipping and picking & packing.

TradePeg has made us 70% more efficient. In fact, it’s actually saved having to hire another employee. Before TradePeg, I used to go mad – because we didn’t know when we had stock or not. We had to keep checking manually. It was really bugging me.

 

What were you using before TradePeg?

We were using Quickbooks, a very old-fashioned system. So moving to TradePeg was a big improvement for us. It used to be a full-time job manually keying in orders. Now it’s automated by TradePeg.

 

What’s your favourite feature in TradePeg?

The map view in the TradePeg tablet app is so helpful. It shows our sales reps which customers are nearby and when their last order was due. The scheduled reports in Excel are great too. It’s so useful getting those updates KPIs each day.

Definitely! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other wholesaler & distributors.
